Ingredients
- 2 cups of cassava flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, mix the cassava flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt
Prepare Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well
Combine Mixtures
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter
Add Nuts (Optional)
- If desired, add chopped nuts to the batter and gently mix
Prepare for Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly
Bake
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist
Cool and Cut:
- Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting the brownies into portions
