Cassava Brownies 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cassava flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix the cassava flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt

Prepare Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well

Combine Mixtures

  • Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter

Add Nuts (Optional)

  • If desired, add chopped nuts to the batter and gently mix

Prepare for Baking

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake

  • Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist

Cool and Cut:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting the brownies into portions
