Ingredients
- 2 cups of cassava flour
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of butter, at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cream the Butter and Sugar
- In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until you have a creamy mixture
Add the Eggs
- Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition
Add Vanilla
- Add the vanilla extract and mix again
Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In another bowl, mix the cassava flour, baking powder, and salt
Combine Mixtures
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture, and mix until you have a smooth dough
Form Cookies
- Roll small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet, leaving enough space
