Cassava Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cassava flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of butter, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

Cream the Butter and Sugar

  • In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until you have a creamy mixture

Add the Eggs

  • Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition

Add Vanilla

  • Add the vanilla extract and mix again

Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix the cassava flour, baking powder, and salt

Combine Mixtures

  • Add the dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture, and mix until you have a smooth dough

Form Cookies

  • Roll small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet, leaving enough space
