Cassava Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cassava flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Toppings (ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F)

Prepare the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix the cassava flour, eggs, water, olive oil, and salt
  • Knead until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough

Shape the Pizza Bases

  • Divide the dough into two parts and roll each part into a circle on a baking sheet

Bake the Pizza Bases

  • Bake the pizza bases for 10 minutes, until they are lightly golden

Add Sauce and Toppings

  • Remove from the oven and spread a layer of tomato sauce over each base
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and add your favorite toppings

Final Bake

  • Bake again for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the base is crispy

Serve

  • Serve the cassava pizza hot and enjoy this delicious gluten-free treat
