Ingredients
- 1¾ cups of cassava flour
- ¼ cup of arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 13.5 ounces of milk
- 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
- Place the flours in a large bowl. Add the salt and baking soda. Mix well
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix well
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the flours. Stir to combine and add the vinegar. Mix until it stops bubbling
- Place ⅓ cup of the mixture in a waffle maker. Cook according to the machine’s instructions. Serve with maple syrup and crushed nuts
