Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2 tablespoons of almond puree
- 1 tablespoon of ghee (or coconut oil)
- 25 cl of cashew milk (or other)
- 125 g sweet potato flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda + 1 drop of lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients in order
- Pour two tablespoons of batter for one waffle into your waffle maker that has been greased with ghee (or coconut oil)
- You can add cocoa powder to the dough and adjust with the vegetable milk
