Ingredients
- 1 cup of sweet potato flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 100% natural honey to taste (you can substitute with 2 bananas if you are strict Paleo)
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- 2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Nuts for topping
Instructions
Mix Ingredients
- In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients and in another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Gradually incorporate the flour into the liquid mixture while stirring constantly
Prepare the Baking Pan
- Line the pan you are using with parchment paper to avoid adding more fats, and pour the mixture into the pan, adding the nuts on top
Bake
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)
