Ingredients
- 175g butter
- 100g refined sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 5ml vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 270g wheat flour
- 70g taro flour
- 5g baking soda
- 5g salt
- 100g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Beat the butter together with the refined sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy
- Add the eggs and mix well, then gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and stir the mixture with the semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Using a spoon, place small balls of dough on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are slightly golden
