Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 250ml water
- 15g salt
- 125g butter
- 400g wheat flour
- 100g taro (malanga) flour
- 250ml oil (for frying)
- 150g cheese
- 30g white onion
Instructions
- Make a well with the flours in the center, then add the beef fat, salt, egg yolk, and water
- Gradually incorporate the ingredients until a dough form
- Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Crumble the cheese and chop the onion. Mix them together
- Roll out the dough, fill it, and fry
