Ingredients
- 500ml oil
- 200g pearl onion
- 200g wheat flour
- 50g taro flour
- 5g salt
- 2g thyme
- 2g oregano
- 250ml milk
Instructions
- Heat the oil
- Mix the flours, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano together in a bowl
- Slice the onion into 1/2-inch rings and separate into individual rings
- Dip the onion rings into the flour mixture, then into the milk, and back into the flour
- Fry the onion rings for about 3 minutes. Remove from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain. Serve
